Here at TC, we constantly endeavour to improve our customer satisfaction, service, and support.

For the past few years, we have been conducting a quarterly Customer Relationship Survey. This survey helps us to gauge customer satisfaction and make us aware of any obstacles customers are facing, highlight problems and put a spotlight on extra support and services that customers might require from us.

Customer experience and satisfaction are paramount; it is our top priority to listen, understand and make changes to continuously improve, better serve our customers and adapt to meet their needs and requirements.

We did our last Customer Relationship Survey back in April of this year. This survey was very well received by our customers and helped us to determine where our support and services have benefited our customers, but also where we could improve across the business.

In our survey back in December of last year, some of the feedback we received had questions about updating our data to make it easy to view and use. Since then, we have listened and acted on that feedback, making improvements across the business. Our dedicated team have been working on an updated PIM data sheet, which is now live on our website for customers. In the next few months, the Fusion Configurator will also be going live. This will include the addition of enhanced content and drop-down menus on product pages designed to improve consumer conversion rates and provide customers with an overall enhanced user experience.  

These quarterly surveys are vital to understanding our customers' business needs; they help us to further cultivate a relationship with our customers as well as listen, highlight and take actions to improve our customer service and support across the business as a whole. The feedback we receive from our customers is invaluable.

Our Customer Relationship surveys are an ongoing process, and we will keep doing them to not only improve our business and support system, but also to keep pace with our customers.
