• Responsibility for a wide range of digital and printed content creation and management in-line with company brand guidelines
• Working alongside designers to create regular B2B newsletters and email marketing campaigns
• Writing copy for catalogues/brochures, news articles, press releases, case studies and blog posts
• Responsibility for organising and overseeing photo and video shoots
• Managing the department inbox, engaging with customers and ad-hoc administrative duties
• Provide a variety of ongoing support to the UK based sales team as well as overseas distributors
• Social media content creation, ongoing management and regular interaction
• Management of and content creation for various websites and e-commerce platforms
• Assisting with overall customer journey and user-experience optimisation
• Project management of literature and marketing content
• Assist with trade shows and other corporate events

• In-depth knowledge and experience of utilising various social media channels and platforms for business, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter & Facebook
• Experience of using platforms like Mailchimp to create and distribute newsletters and email marketing campaigns
• Experience of website management
• Experience of using graphic design software including Adobe Suite
