Sales coordinator 


To provide clients with exceptional service from first point of contact to timely delivery, whilst being the face down the phone that easily builds relationships and encourages repeat business. This is a busy and fast paced role that will involve constant liaising with internal and external contacts and will require a hands-on approach to processing orders and tracking deliveries. You will need to have excellent customer service skills with experience of building effective relationships with clients. To be successful you will have strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask as it is essential that all time-sensitive activities are completed on-time, plus the ability to work on own initiative and as a team member.

    Main duties:


    • Processing customer orders, enquiries and aftersales requirements accurately, promptly and professionally 

    • Daily liaison with merchandise, ordering, sales, customer service and warehouse departments to resolve problems quickly and effectively

    • Manage incoming enquiries through outlook

    • Meeting daily deadlines

    • Communicating effectively with customer via telephone, email and through order processing

    • Communicate company updates with customers and liaise with CRM and FS teams 

    • Communicate effectively internally

    • Answering customer enquiries within 24 hours

    • Achieve KPI's set to hit targets inline with business strategy and exceptional customer service

    • Working alongside Field Sales, CRM Team, building successful, long-term relationships with regular clients

    • Engage and follow up on sales opportunities with CRM team

    • Provide customer/issue/order feedback to Field Sales, CRM team and/or management

    • Provide effective feedback on processes and/or issues

    • Raising escalations to the correct managers/team leaders when necessary 

    • Ensuring up to date information is gained from the relevant departments and the customer is kept regularly informed

    • Running customer reports as requested

    • Engage with outbound activity to hit sales targets

    • Other tasks as and when required

    • Attend and engage in all training provided including outbound sales activity

    Skills & Experience

    • Experience in a similar role

    • Competent in Microsoft Office

    • Data processing experience

    • Computer literate

    • Ability to multitask 

    • Strong interpersonal skills to work with our existing team

    Job specifics

    Location: Aztec West, Bristol

    Longevity: Permanent, Full Time

    Salary: Up to £22,000 DOE

    Hours: 37.5 per week (Mon-Fri)
